ICANN and RAA — domain contact email verification

20.12.2025
← All articles

ICANN is the international body running the domain system. Via RAA it sets rules.

Email verification rule

When registering an international domain (.com, .net, .org), a verification email is sent to the registrant.

15 days

You must click the verification link within 15 days. Otherwise, the domain is suspended.

For .UZ

.UZ is a national zone, RAA doesn't apply. No verification needed.

If not verified

There's a resend button in your cabinet. Open the email, click the link — back online in minutes.
