A medical laboratory website serves a lab performing blood, urine, biochemistry, and other medical tests. In this sensitive field patient safety, confidentiality, and a professional service level are critical. Patients trust you with their health — the site must create a credible first impression.
Main elements
Test catalog — the biggest and most important section. For each test: name (scientific and plain), description (what it detects), preparation (fasting, fluid restrictions), price, turnaround time (1 day, 3 days, week). Categories: general clinical (blood, urine), biochemistry, hormones, vitamins and minerals, immunology, COVID and viral tests, gynecology.
Online booking — the patient picks tests (adds to cart), where (lab or home collection), time slot, contacts. Home pickup is convenient — surcharge 30-100K sum.
Patient portal — login by email/password to view results (PDF download), past history, online consultation with a doctor.
Doctors and consultation — doctors at the lab, their specialties, and online booking.
Privacy and security
Medical data is a special category. Requirements: SSL on every page, optional 2FA for login, encrypted results storage, GDPR-style privacy policy (in Uzbek and Russian), results delivered only to the patient or their authorized representative.
