A photographer portfolio site shows work and takes bookings. Fundamentally different from other business sites — the core content is high-quality photos and a visual story, text is secondary. Clients decide within 5-10 seconds whether your visual style fits.
Main elements
Home — 8-15 best photos as a hero gallery (fullscreen or large grid). Minimal navigation and text — pure visual impression. Short "Who you are" 1-2 lines below. CTA: "Book" or "View portfolio".
Portfolio — by category (weddings, family, corporate, fashion, landscape). A dedicated gallery of 50-150 photos per category. Lightbox on click, navigation arrows. Mobile-optimized.
Pricing — packages. "Wedding photography": 3 hours, 100+ edited photos, USB, 2-month delivery — 3.5M sum. "Family session": 1.5 hours, 30+ photos, 1-month delivery — 800K sum.
Booking form — event type, date, location, package, contacts. Auto-confirm via email/Telegram.
Visual branding and design
Minimalism: clean photos, little text, lots of white space. Type: modern serif or sans-serif (Playfair, Inter, Poppins). Colors: white, black, a touch of accent. Animation: subtle (fade-in, lazy load, gentle parallax).
SEO and traffic
Keywords: "Tashkent wedding photographer", "Samarkand family photographer", "Corporate photoshoot price Tashkent". Landing per city and niche. Image SEO: alt text, meaningful file names, WebP 100-300KB. Instagram and Pinterest drive traffic.
